This privacy statement (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) (“Privacy Policy”) sets out how Kemp Retail Ltd t/a BFR Equestrian & Country (“BFR”) uses and processes any personal information that you provide to Kemp Retail Ltd (t/a BFR Equestrian & Country when you use this website. If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (email or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you only if you have “opted in” to receive such information under the new GDPR Regulations otherwise we will not communicate with you directly only if relevant to a purchase/refund transaction to enable us to complete the transaction.

We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties unless wholly required to complete the transaction you have asked us to perform.

In order to better serve our customers and visitors to our website, we use Google Analytics. We currently do not, and under the new GDPR regulations, will not share your personal information/data with anyone other than our merchant provider who we use to process/complete sales/refund transactions. Our merchant provider only receives/have access to the relevant data required to complete any sales/refund transaction you have consented to supply to us to legitimately allow the transaction to be completed. And we share only with our courier companies your name, address and telephone number to enable them to complete the transaction and deliver to you the goods you have purchased.

Changes to our privacy policy

We keep our Privacy Policy under regular review and will place any updates on our website. Paper copies of the privacy policy may also be requested from us in writing or via a telephone call or email.
